DMCA Policy

"منصø© زاد Ùƒù„ÙŠø© علوم" (Manassat Zad College of Sciences) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent. Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

  6. Electronic or physical signature: Your electronic or physical signature.
  7. Send to our Designated Copyright Agent: Please send your complete notice to our designated copyright agent via the contact information provided on our contact page.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent by providing the following information in writing:

  • Identification of the material: Identify the specific URLs or other unique identifying information of material that "منصø© زاد Ùƒù„ÙŠø© علوم" has removed or to which "منصø© زاد Ùƒù„ÙŠø© علوم" has disabled access.
  • Contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
